The large building, in 19th century a winery and a wealthy house, has undergone (and the work is still in progress) a restoration aimed at maintaining as much as possible its original features.

In the oldest portion of the house there is an apartment made up of a living-room with kitchen and sofa bed, double room and bathroom with shower. It may host up to 4 people. The apartment is provided with tv and air-conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a standard fridge, 4 electric cooking rings, oven and sink. Guests will find in the kitchen everything necessary for self-made breakfast (milk, tea, coffee, biscuits, jam, etc.).

Besides the apartment, we also have a room with a double bed and a single bed and a wide bathroom with shower. The guests of the room will have their breakfast in the owner’s dining room.
Both the accommodations are very typical: they have tall under-roof ceilings and maintain the original stone walls, beams, doors and windows. They have a beautiful view on the vineyard and the surrounding hills.

On request we may provide baby gear (crib, high chair and baby bath). It is also possible to use a washing-machine and Internet wi-fi connection free of charge.

A wide garden with a view over Langhe and Monferrato is at guests’ disposal. Children may use our above ground swimming pool.
